The change in the food redfish from August to October is 0.8% and the margin of error is 1.5%. Therefore, these are negligible increases. The shopping redfish has decreased significantly at Nett\u00f3, by 3.3% since August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Average price increase for individual shops<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The change from the basket survey that Veritabus conducted in early June is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"709\" height=\"228\" src=\"https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1033\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image.png 709w, https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-300x96.png 300w, https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-18x6.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 100vw, 709px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The table shows that the weighted increase in food prices over the period is about 0.8%. The uncertainty is 1.5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Individual store indices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The internal index of shops has changed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"475\" height=\"211\" src=\"https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1034\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-1.png 475w, https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-1-300x133.png 300w, https:\/\/arev.is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-1-18x8.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chain of shops remains unchanged, but the gap between Kr\u00f3nan and Nett\u00f3 is narrowing. At the same time, the gap between Hagkaup, Heimkaup and other shops is widening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The image below shows a comparison of shops on a scatter plot. All Veritabus price surveys, as well as other public price surveys, can be found on the Veritabus website for subscribers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The price survey covered 96 product lines that were available in all the stores. The survey was conducted online last week.
