Nesnúpur Ltd has acquired the well-established company Aflhluti Ltd (https://aflhlutir.is/) but the Competition Authority approved the acquisition on 20 September. The company, based in Hafnarfjörður, focuses on serving the fishing industry and contractors.
The company supplies machinery and spare parts for marine and land use with short notice and cost-effectively.
Arev Securities assisted the buyers with the purchase.
