Summary
Food prices have risen by 1.4% since October 2022. Veritabus surveyed prices at four supermarkets with an online presence. These were Krónan, Nettó, Hagkaup and Heimkaup. The prices of 108 products were checked, along with a basket analysis of 66 different products. The stores were also compared for price relative to one another, going back to September 2021.
It is worth remembering that Samkaup's price had fallen by 3.3% in the last survey.

Veritabus then investigated how expensive the shops were compared to one another (1 is the average; the further a shop is below the axis, the cheaper it is to shop there compared to
average of all shops, and is reversed for those shops that are above the line)
